Join us for a fun walking tour of downtown Amherst on Tuesday, September 22nd. We will meet at the Bank of America at 10:00 a.m., and then walk over to the Visitor Information Center to pick up a map of downtown Amherst.

We will be going to the Beneski Natural History Museum at Amherst College. We will meet at 10 am at the museum.  The Beneski has lots of dinosaur skeletons, dinosaur tracks, gemstones, and other amazing exhibits. Kids especially like this visit, including

These informal gatherings are aimed at meeting up with other RWW members in one of the Volunteer’s houses. . Location: One of the volunteer’s houses. You will be assigned the name and address of the volunteer in an email prior.

The trail is 1.2 miles long and is constructed with boardwalks and flat surfaces, making it universally accessible to wheelchairs, strollers, and the blind. There are some beautiful views and this is a relaxing place to get a little exercise.

Our final meeting of the year will start with a visit to Historic Deerfield, an authentic 18th century New England Village in the Connecticut River Valley of Massachusetts. We will have a guided tour of several historic houses. We will stroll
