Tuesday 9/17 Walking Tour of Silvio Conte Fort River Trail…………………………………………10 a.m.
We will go on a 1-mile walk on the Fort River Birding and Nature Trail. We will look at diverse wildlife and habitats that provide important homes for fish, grassland birds and a variety of plants and mammal species. The trail is fully accessible. Wear comfortable shoes.

Tuesday 9/24 Pick your own apples! ………………………………………………………………….. 10 a.m.
We will go to Pine Hill Orchards to pick apples and see how a small commercial orchard is run . It may be wet. Be sure to wear sneakers or sturdy footwear and warm clothes. We will be outside . We’ll try cider and donuts. There are animals to pet and we’ll have a wagon ride. This is a beautiful part of MA.
